STEPHEN CURTIS

Steve has developed his philosophy of acting from a combination of his Meisner training and his 15 years of working as a producer, director, and actor.  He helps each actor utilize his or her unique abilities to create organic, captivating, moments.  He incorporates this in scene study, on camera audition technique, and cold reading.  Stephen’s recent projects include serving as producer, writer, and acting coach on the feature film, “53206: Milwaukee,” currently in post-production. The film was cast with first-time actors from the poorest inner city of Milwaukee; a war zone with extreme violence happening everyday.   Stephen coached the talented cast daily for 6 weeks before filming to get them ready.  Other recent projects include producing the action packed thriller, “The Russian Bride” starring Corbin Bernsen and directing the award winning short films, “Tiff” that parallels cutting with drug addiction and the “Underhanded” which takes place during the prohibition era in Atlantic City.  Stephen loves tackling difficult subjects that will affect people and help to change lives.  Check out Stephen on IMDB:http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1776103/
